以甘蓝型油菜细胞质不育 (CMS)和细胞核不育 (GMS)为对照 ,对油菜双重不育系 (GCDMS)品系GCDA - 2花蕾中糖和蛋白质的含量进行测定。结果表明 ,GCDA - 2与CMS和GMS相似 ,比其相应的保持系都有较高的糖和较低的蛋白质含量 ,表明花粉败育的同时 ,营养代谢也发生了紊乱。CMS与GMS的差异达极显著水平 :GCDA群体则介于二者之间 ,核不育株GCDA - 2HA与GMS在糖和蛋白质的表达上是一致的 ,而与CMS有一定差异 ;GCDA中质不育株GCDA- 2BA与CMS相似 ,而与GMS的保持系完全不同 ;说明在GCDA中 ,当双隐性核不育基因呈杂合状态时 ,细胞质不育核基因对糖、氮代谢起作用 :当两套不育系统的核基因都起作用时 ,代谢倾向于细胞核不育系的特点
The contents of sugar and protein in GCDA - 2 flower buds of double sterile male sterile line (GCDMS) of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) were determined by CMS and GMS. The results showed that GCDA - 2 was similar to CMS and GMS, and had higher sugar content and lower protein content than its corresponding maintainer lines, indicating that malnutrition and metabolism of GCDA - 2 were also disturbed. The difference between CMS and GMS reached extremely significant level: the GCDA population was in between, the GCDA - 2HA and GMS were identical in sugar and protein expression, but different from CMS; The sterile line GCDA-2BA is similar to CMS, but completely different from the GMS line. It indicates that the cytoplasmic male sterile gene plays a role in the metabolism of sugar and nitrogen when the recessive male sterility gene is heterozygous in GCDA : When the nuclear genes of two sets of sterile systems all play a role, metabolism tends to be characteristic of the nuclear sterile line
