患儿男,1岁半。入院前1小时误咬氰化钾胶丸一粒,立即不省人事,全身强直性持续性抽搐,牙关紧,家人灌请水洗胃约1000ml,吐出部分胃内容物。体温35℃。呼吸40次,脉搏模不清。昏迷状,强直性抽搐,牙关紧闭,全身皮肤湿冷,呈暗灰色。双侧瞳孔等大,约0.5mm,光反射存在,眼球固定,唇紫,舌尖咬破,颈有阻力。两肺阴性,心率130次,律齐,心音低钝,腹部膨胀,肝脾(一),四肢强直性抽搐,克、布氏征(一)。药检证实为氰化物中毒。处
