The micro-quantitative study of traditional Chinese medicine powders is still blank in the country; in foreign countries, since the British pharmacist Wallis founded the Lycopodium Spore Methods, the purity of powders of various crude drugs, spices, and foods has been evaluated. To more satisfactory results. However, there has been no report on microscopic quantification of proprietary Chinese medicine powders. In the past decade, with the increasing international exchanges between traditional Chinese medicines and proprietary Chinese medicines, it has become even more important to identify the purity of Chinese medicine powders and to determine the value of valuable and short-lived medicines in Chinese medicines. In view of the needs of research, this year’s preliminary trial mathematical statistics method has been used for microscopic quantitative exploration of the Chinese wolfberry and licorice powders in the proprietary Chinese medicine Erchen Pills. The results are now reported.
