由于知识型项目团队的特性,如何管理好知识型项目团队,如何提高知识型项目团队运作的成功性受到极大的挑战。这种挑战既来自知识型项目团队的管理者方面,也存在于管理知识型项目团队时的错误假设方面。对这两个方面存在的挑战进行剖析,为成功管理知识型项目团队、提高项目的成功率提供参考。
Due to the characteristics of the knowledge project team, how to manage the knowledge project team and how to improve the success of the knowledge project team are greatly challenged. The challenge comes from both the manager side of a knowledge-based project team and the wrong assumptions in managing a knowledge-based project team. The analysis of the challenges in these two aspects provides a reference for successfully managing the knowledge-based project team and improving the success rate of the project.
