米糠中元素磷以菲丁(植酸钙镁)、核酸、酯类(甘油磷酸脂)、磷脂以及无机磷等形式存在,其中菲丁中磷占总磷的80~90%。菲丁、酯类中的磷及无机磷都溶于酸,又称为酸溶性磷。测定菲丁中磷一般可采用滴定、比色,电化学等方法。滴定法的主要缺点是终点不易观察,比色、电化学等方法都需要专用分析仪器,并需经常测定标准工作曲线。本文采用重量法测定菲丁中磷,可得到较为精确的数据,毋需专用分析仪器及标准工作曲线。
The elemental phosphorus in rice bran is present in the forms of Phthalate (calcium phytin), nucleic acids, esters (glycerophospholipids), phospholipids and inorganic phosphorus, of which Phosphine accounts for 80-90% of the total phosphorus. Philippine, esters of phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus are soluble in acid, also known as acid-soluble phosphorus. Determination of phenanthrene in the phosphorus can be titrated, colorimetric, electrochemical and other methods. The main disadvantage of the titration method is that the end point is not easy to observe. Methods such as colorimetric and electrochemical methods require special analytical instruments and the standard working curve needs to be determined frequently. In this paper, weight determination of phenanthrene phosphorus, get more accurate data, without the need for special analytical instruments and standard working curve.
