尽管我国高新技术企业在客观上存在着基础差、成长晚等原因,但现存的种种问题都与我国目前相对落后的人力资源管理有着直接或间接的关系。相对落后的人力资源管理已成为阻碍高新企业发展的主要因素。
Although there are objective reasons for the high-tech enterprises in our country to have poor foundation and late growth, the existing problems all have direct or indirect relationship with the relatively backward human resources management in our country. Relatively backward human resources management has become a major factor hindering the development of high-tech enterprises.
