腮腺炎是常见病,其合并脑膜脑炎均为可见,但以脑膜脑炎为首发表现者较为少见,因而特报告如下: 病历摘要石某,男,14岁,住院号;32236。因发热2天,头痛、呕吐伴项强1天于1993年2月9日入院。入院前2天无明显诱因突然发热,体温在38℃～40℃,无寒战、咳嗽及流涕。自认“感冒”,口服安乃近数片,症状无缓解。翌日头部剧痛伴喷射性呕吐2次,项强,而以“脑膜脑炎”收入院。查体:T39.4,P92,R26,Bp13.3/8。痛苦热病容,神志清,营养中等,皮肤无出血点,淋巴结不肿大。眼睑无浮肿,
