[目的 ]探讨政府承诺对福建省结核病控制工作的影响。 [方法 ]比较 1998、1999年福建省结核病防治机构人员、经费 ,归口管理及病例发现、督导管理情况的变化。 [结果 ]机构数、人员数及经费投入较 1998年分别增长了2 0 5 .9%、5 0 .3%、2 70 .4% ;实行归口管理的县从 11个增加到 47个 ;化疗督导率从 6 5 .0 %增加到 73.5 % ;涂阳新登记率增长 5 0 .6 %。 [结论 ]政府承诺是提高结核病控制工作水平的前提。
[Objective] To explore the effect of government commitment on tuberculosis control in Fujian Province. [Method] To compare the changes of personnel, funding, centralized management and case finding and supervisory management in tuberculosis prevention and control institutions in Fujian Province from 1998 to 1999. [Results] Compared with 1998, the numbers of institutions, personnel and funds increased by 2.59%, 5.03% and 2,704% respectively; the counties under centralized administration increased from 11 to 47; and chemotherapy The supervisory rate increased from 65.0% to 73.5%; the new registration rate for smear positive growth increased by 56.6%. [Conclusion] The government commitment is the premise of improving the control work of tuberculosis.
