本研究通过对广州市高职院校旅游管理专业学生的择业影响因素的实证调查,深入了解这一群体的择业意向以及想法。目的是研究这一群体在择业中所面临的问题,研究高职类学生在接受完酒店服务管理专业教育后从业率低的原因,提出适合学生的择业指导对策与建议,最终能对学校设置专业课程、培养人才规格、对学生择业指导等方面起一定作用。
Through the empirical investigation of causal factors of careers of tourism management majors in higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou, this study deeply understands the employment intention and ideas of this group. The purpose is to study the problems faced by this group in the course of choosing a career, to study the reasons for the low occupational employment rate of vocational students after accepting the professional education of hotel service management, to put forward the suitable career guidance countermeasures and suggestions for students, and finally to set up a professional Courses, training personnel specifications, career guidance and other aspects of students play a role.
