根据南海 46个调查站位的表层沉积物中放射虫群和上覆水体中初级生产力的分析测试结果 ,采用主分量因子分析与多元线性和非线性回归分析相结合的方法 ,初步探讨并建立了南海放射虫组合因子与初级生产力的转换函数 .结果表明 :南海放射虫组合与初级生产力的非线性转换函数公式具有较好的参数指标 ,其中因子分析的方差累计总贡献为 83.6 % ,共同度均大于 0 .940 34 7;回归分析中的复相关系数为 0 .84888,解释方差 72 .0 5 9% ;转换函数公式的平均估计误差为 5 3.778mgC/m2 ·d ,占实测平均值的 1 4.6 9% ,计算准确率为 85 .31 % .
