随着中国“走出去”战略的实施,越来越多的中国企业、个人到海外进行直接投资。分析中国海外直接投资的现状,笔者认为有必要建立中国的海外投资保险制度,以更好的保护中国的海外投资。
With the implementation of China’s “Going Global” strategy, more and more Chinese enterprises and individuals are going overseas for direct investment. Analysis of the status quo of China’s overseas direct investment, I believe it is necessary to establish China’s overseas investment insurance system to better protect China’s overseas investment.
