县乡财政是我国财政体系中的基础环节,对我们整个国家财政收支具有举足轻重的影响。近年来,我国县乡财政困难较大,已经成为妨碍经济社会可持续发展的重大隐患。县乡财政能否走出困境,重要的一个方面在于财政体制。因此,直面我国县乡财政体制的弊端,分析其危害,积极探讨解决对策,深化我国县乡财政体制改革刻不容缓。
County and township finance is the basic link in China’s financial system and has a pivotal impact on our entire national revenue and expenditure. In recent years, the financial difficulties of counties and townships in our country have become large and have become major hidden dangers hindering the sustainable economic and social development. County or township fiscal out of the woods, one important aspect is the financial system. Therefore, facing the drawbacks of our country’s county and township financial system, analyzing its harm, actively discussing and resolving countermeasures, deepen the reform of our country’s county and township financial system without delay.
