以 4种消毒剂进行对硝酸纤维素膜上 HBsAg消毒的研究。结果,对该膜上 HBsAg的破坏效果,与悬液中 HBsAg者一致。 0.5%过氧乙酸、 0.5%碘伏或 2.0%碱性成二醛作用 60 min,均可将效价≤1: 4000的 HBsAg破坏, 0.1%苯扎溴铵则不能。以硝酸纤维素膜作 HBsAg载体,用免疫酶斑点法检测,结果直观,方法简便、易行,因HBsAg吸附牢固,可用冲洗法去除残留消毒剂。
