林业建设在海河平原农业综合开发土地治理项目中占有重要地位,它在防风固沙,涵养水源、保持水土、改善农业生态环境、调节农田小气候等方面都发挥着相当重要的作用。近年来丰南市林业生产中出现了一些问题,致使林业比较效益低下,严重影响了广大干部群众的造林积极,林业生产步入低谷。该市农业综合开发部门积极借鉴常规林业生产的经验教训,对林业建设做了一些有益的探索。
Forestry construction occupies an important position in Haihe Plain Comprehensive Agricultural Land Development Project. It plays a very important role in windbreak and sand fixation, water conservation, soil and water conservation, improvement of agricultural ecological environment and regulation of farmland microclimate. In recent years, some problems have emerged in the forestry production in Fengnan City, resulting in the relatively low efficiency of forestry, which has seriously affected the positive afforestation of the broad masses of cadres and people and the forestry production has entered a downturn. The comprehensive agricultural development department of the city has actively learned from the experience and lessons of conventional forestry production and has made some useful explorations on forestry construction.
