本文结合我国工程质量责任法律保障体系的现状,对工程质量不合格的法律规章以及责任人的法律责任进行分析,指出我国当前工程质量责任相关法律中促在的问题,并提出相应措施。
Based on the status quo of legal guarantee system of engineering quality responsibility in our country, this paper analyzes the unqualified laws and regulations as well as the legal person ’s liability, and points out the problems that are urgently associated with the current engineering quality responsibility in our country and puts forward corresponding measures.
