目的：通过对中心静脉置管与普通腹穿患者比较，明确中心静脉置管的临床应用及并发症处理。方法将57例顽固性腹水患者随机分2组，分别进行中心静脉腹腔置管和普通腹穿多次引流。2组患者其他治疗相同，治疗结束后对患者尿量，腹围，及其他肝功情况，并发症进行临床比较。结论使用中心静脉置管组患者临床疗效优于普通腹穿患者，但各种并发症多于普通治疗组。根据患者实际情况进行中心静脉置管与普通腹穿结合，提高临床疗效，避免并发症。“,”Objective Through the central venous catheter compared with ordinary abdomen in patients,the clinical application of clear center venipuncture and complications.Methods 57 patients with intractable ascites were randomized in 2 groups,separately center venous catheter and ordinary abdomen in abdominal cavity drainage for many times.2 groups of patients with other same treatment,after the treatment of patients with urine,abdominal girth and other information of liver meritorious service is comparing clinical complications.Conclusion Using center venipuncture patients clinical curative ef ect is superior to the ordinary abdomen in patients,but various complications than normal treatment group.According to the actual circumstance of pa-tients with central venous catheter combined with ordinary abdomen wear,it can improve the clinical curative ef ect and avoid complications.
