课程创新对于高职院校外语教学课程的组织和管理都非常重要。本文在自省以及其他相关教师的经验的基础上就课程创新进行了如下方面的探索:创新的视点、促进和阻碍创新的因素、教师在创新中尤其是自下而上类型的创新中的角色、教师之间的关系以及微观层面上教师和学校行政管理人员的关系等。希望通过本文对高职院校中外语教学中进行课程创新的观点能够对课程设置的创新者以及相关人员带来启发。
Curriculum innovation is very important to the organization and management of foreign language teaching in higher vocational colleges. Based on the experience of introspection and other related teachers, this article explores curriculum innovation as follows: the perspective of innovation, the factors that promote and hinder innovation, the role of teachers in innovation, especially the bottom-up type of innovation, The relationship between teachers and the relationship between teachers and school administrators at the micro level. I hope this article on the teaching of Chinese and foreign language teaching in higher vocational colleges point of view of the innovators and relevant personnel to bring inspiration.
