目的观察15~19岁男性青少年骨盆骨骺融合的形态学特征,为研究现阶段男性青少年骨骺融合增龄性变化规律积累新的数据。方法利用62例15~19岁男性青少年的骨盆X线片,采用形态学分级、赋值法对其骨骺融合状况进行观察和半定量研究。按研究结果所获得的规律,采用上述赋值计分法对另外6例已知年龄的青少年骨龄进行粗测,并与中国人手腕骨发育标准(CHN)法进行对比。结果 15~19岁男性青少年骨盆骨骺融合呈现动态形态学变化趋势,各年龄组骨盆骨骺发育总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。18岁组以后各骨骼形态学变化仍在继续,但经赋值量化的统计学差异不明显。利用本方法可以粗测6例已知年龄个体的大致骨龄。结论 15~19岁男性青少年骨盆骨骺融合存在一定的增龄性变化;本分级、赋值法可大致反映现阶段男性青少年骨骺发育的一般规律。
Objective To observe the morphological characteristics of pelvic epiphyseal fusion in male adolescents aged 15 to 19 years and accumulate new data to study the changing rules of epiphysis fusion age at the present stage. Methods Sixty-two pelvic X-ray films of male adolescents aged 15-19 years were collected. Morphological grading and assignment method were used to observe the epiphysis fusion status and semi-quantitative study. According to the results obtained from the study, the other 6 age-adjusted adolescents with the known age were grossly tested for bone age using the above-mentioned assignment scoring method and compared with the Chinese Wrist Development Standard (CHN) method. Results The pelvis epiphyseal fusion of male adolescents aged 15 to 19 years showed the trend of dynamic morphological changes. There was significant difference in the total score of pelvic epiphysis among all age groups (P <0.05). The morphological changes of the skeletal bone in the 18-year-old group continued, but the statistical difference was not obvious after the quantitative evaluation. The approximate age of 6 individuals of known age can be roughly measured by this method. Conclusion There is a certain age-related change in pelvic epiphyseal fusion in male adolescents aged 15-19 years. The grading and assignment method can generally reflect the general rules of epiphysis development of male adolescents at this stage.
