在原CZ3— 1、CZ3— 3复合使用型缓蚀剂的基础上 ,研制出CZ3— 1E气 /液双效缓蚀剂替代品。该剂不仅具有原缓蚀剂所具有的缓蚀率高、用量少等特点 ,而且克服了原缓蚀剂有一定异味、加注不便、成本较高的缺点。室内评价表明 :CZ3— 1E缓蚀剂未经预期处理 ,在磨溪气田地层水 (脱氧 )pH2 S 为 1.2MPa、pCO2 为 2 .8MPa、温度为 80± 2℃静态、试验时间 72h的条件下 ,气相腐蚀率为 0 .0 495mm/a ,缓蚀率为 91.2 % ;液相腐蚀率 0 .0 6 43mm/a,缓蚀率 90 .5 % ,试验后的试件表面光亮 ,未见腐蚀。CZ3— 1E缓蚀剂可同时满足含硫气田气 /液双相防腐需要。通过对磨溪气田曾使用过的数种缓蚀剂全面对比 ,新型CZ3— 1E缓蚀剂各种性能较佳
