化工侵蚀性环境对建筑结构的腐蚀受到周围环境温度、湿度、介质种类及浓度等因素的影响,工程中均被动地采用依靠外部维护及适时维修加固来处理。考虑到环境因素对建筑结构腐蚀影响的灵敏度不同,根据不同环境特点,分别采用改变其灵敏度最大的影响因素方法,可以降低环境对结构的腐蚀作用。工程实际中,主动腐蚀控制与被动维修相结合,即可取得最佳的使用效益。本文从此思路出发,提出了化工环境下工作的建筑结构的半主动控制及主动控制与被动维修相结合的灰色控制思路,建议了不同环境下的主动控制方法,对最终解决或缓解腐蚀问题提出了一条工程适用的新思路。
Corrosion of chemical environment The corrosion of the building structure is affected by factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, medium type, and concentration. The project is passively used to rely on external maintenance and timely maintenance and reinforcement. Taking into account the environmental factors on the sensitivity of the architectural structure of the corrosion of different, according to different environmental characteristics, respectively, to change the sensitivity of the most influential factors, can reduce the environmental effects of corrosion on the structure. A new idea for a project.
