目的对某射波刀机房的屏蔽设计进行估算,评价其是否满足辐射防护的要求。方法根据NCRP REPORT No.151推荐的方法,计算射波刀运行时对机房外工作人员和公众的剂量。结果项目运行时工作人员和公众受到的辐射剂量低于剂量约束值,机房屏蔽能够满足国家标准的要求。结论该机房的屏蔽设计方案偏保守。本项目属于将已有的建筑改造成射波刀机房项目,还应考虑屋顶的屏蔽设计方案需要满足改造施工时承重的要求,可对机房四墙、门及屋顶的屏蔽厚度进行辐射防护最优化设计。
Objective To estimate the shielding design of a certain surgeon room and evaluate whether it meets the requirements of radiation protection. Methods According to the method recommended by NCRP REPORT No.151, calculate the dose to surge workers and the general public when the knife is operating. Results When the project was under operation, the radiation dose received by the staff and the public was lower than the dose constraint value, and the engine room shielding can meet the requirements of the national standards. Conclusion The engine room shielding design partial conservative. This project belongs to the project of transforming the existing building into a Cyberknife room project. Consideration should also be given to optimizing the shielding design of the roof to meet the load-bearing requirements of the reconstruction construction and to optimize the radiation protection of the shielding thickness of the four walls, the door and the roof of the engine room design.
