当前,诸多大型企业将战略目标放在新硬件研究开发上,意味着社会正迈向新硬件时代,从本质上看,新硬件的研发、生产、应用都源于人才创新力。在新硬件时代的大背景下,创新型人才的重要性越来越凸显出来。高职高专院校是人才培养的重要领地,面对不断发展的时代环境,对于从事高职教育的工作人员来说,如何进行创新型人才教育是当下应当认真思考的问题。
At present, many large-scale enterprises will be the strategic goal of new hardware research and development, which means that society is moving toward a new hardware era, in essence, the development of new hardware, production, applications are derived from the talent innovation. Under the background of the new hardware era, the importance of innovative talents has become increasingly prominent. Vocational colleges and universities are the important territory for personnel training. Facing the evolving times environment, how to carry on the education of innovative talents is a problem which should be seriously considered nowadays for the staff engaged in higher vocational education.
