使用棉花秸秆碎料、沙漠沙、配合水泥、膨润土等胶凝材料,制备适于制作梭梭防护管件,并展开了针对沙漠环境下冻融对棉花秸秆复合防护管件材料耐久性的研究。通过试验确定了材料的配合比为:水泥(23%~30%),沙漠沙(50%~63%),棉花秸秆碎料(3%),膨润土(7%~11%);确定了膨润土和棉花秸秆碎料是影响复合材料耐久性的重要影响因子,可通过调整膨润土和棉花秸秆碎料的含量,达到风化周期可控的复合管件材料。
Cotton straw residue, desert sand, cement, bentonite and other cementitious materials were prepared for the production of Haloxylon tube, and the durability of cotton straw composite protective tube against freezing and thawing in desert environment was studied. The mixture ratio of the material was determined as follows: cement (23% -30%), desert sand (50% -63%), cotton stalk scrap (3%) and bentonite (7% -11% And cotton stalk shreds are the important factors affecting the durability of composite materials. The content of bentonite and cotton stalk can be adjusted to achieve the composite pipe material with weathering cycle controllable.
