随着市场经济的发展,我国政府部门的在项目投资上的资金管理方式也发生了较大的变化,由传统的政府一体化管理变更为市场型的经营管理模式。为了能够更好地实现投资项目的经营管理工作,BT模式开始进入市政项目的建设中,使政府部门与施工企业之间的关系发生了明显的变化。BT模式下施工企业项目资金的管理工作,在很大的程度上受到了影响,同时对于政府部门在相关工程上的管理也起到了积极的作用,是创新性的管理模式。但是面对项目资金管理工作的复杂,尽管BT模式具有较大的优势,但是该模式下施工企业项目资金管理中的问题也是客观存在的。本文将对基于BT模式下的施工企业项目资金管理进行论述。
With the development of market economy, the fund management methods of the government investment in our country have undergone great changes, from the traditional government integrated management to the market-based management mode. In order to be able to better manage the operation of investment projects, the BT model began to enter into the construction of municipal projects, and the relations between government departments and construction enterprises have undergone significant changes. The management of construction enterprises’ project funds under BT mode has been affected to a large extent. At the same time, it also plays an active role in the management of related projects by government departments and is an innovative management mode. However, in the face of the complexity of project fund management, although the BT model has great advantages, the problems in project fund management of construction enterprises under this model are also objective. This article will be based on BT mode construction enterprise project fund management will be discussed.
