用Dexter法检测经5.0Gyγ射线照射致15%Ⅲ度烧伤和放射复合伤小鼠伤后不同时间骨髓基质细胞集落形成能力。结果表明,单放组和复合伤组于伤后各时相点均显著低于正常组和单烧组;单烧组除伤后第3天低于正常组外(P<0.05),至伤后第14天与正常组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。伤后3、7天的单放组骨髓基质细胞经21天培养后呈小团片状生长,培养至第28天仍未长满培养皿底。提示:单放组和复合伤组骨髓基质细胞受损后恢复缓慢;放射复合伤对骨髓基质细胞的损伤特点是以放射损伤为主。
Dexter method was used to detect the colony formation ability of bone marrow stromal cells at different time points after 15% Ⅲ degree burn and radiation combined injury in mice irradiated by 5.0Gy γ ray. The results showed that the single burn group and the combined injury group were significantly lower than those in the normal group and the single burn group at each time point after burn injury. The single burn group was lower than the normal group on the third day after injury (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the 14th day and the normal group (P> 0.05). On the 3rd and 7th day after injury, the bone marrow stromal cells in the single group showed small pellet growth after 21 days of culture. Hint: Bone marrow stromal cells in group B and group B have a slow recovery after damaged; Radiation injury is the main characteristic of BMSCs injured by radiation combined injury.
