伴随着隆隆的炮声,一片片定向爆破的旧建筑物安然倒下,随之,拔地而起的是新时代的高楼大厦;一条条地下隧道的不断延伸,犹如地下长城在默默地保卫着人民的安危;一处处危险的山体边坡,经整治、加固,如铜墙铁臂保证了行人和车辆的安全……。骄人的业绩、丰硕的成果,是青岛市人防工程中心树立科学的发展观、践行“三个代表”、干事创业、深入开展“双学三创”活动,打造安全施工一流服务品牌,向共和国成立55周年来临,献上的一份厚礼。近日,笔者采访了全国注册高级企业文化管理师、中国爆破协会理事、市人防工程中心书记、总经理潘海盛,请他谈了抓安全生产、创平安青岛的体会,让人深受感动。
