本文通过对江西省农村小学英语教师专业发展现状调查,总结农村小学英语教师专业素养发展现状,分析高校在开展农村教师师培训工作中所存在的问题,并提出有针对性和实效性的教师培训策略。
Based on the survey of the professional development of English teachers in rural primary schools in Jiangxi Province, this paper summarizes the current situation of professional development of English teachers in primary schools in rural areas, analyzes the existing problems in carrying out teachers’ training in rural areas and puts forward targeted and effective teacher training Strategy.
