目的研究福建省正常汉族成年人的头颅侧位片,确立福建省正常人群的X线头影测量数据。方法应用Winceph软件对138名[(男性60例,女性78例,年龄(19.71±1.83)岁)]正常的头颅侧位片进行测量。使用Steiner及Tweed分析法,采用了SPSS10.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果建立Steiner及Tweed分析法的均值与标准差。SND,U1-NAmm,Pg-NBmm,OP-SN,MP-SN,SL,SE,FMA值有明显的性别差异。结论同为汉族成年人群,不同地区正常的牙颌、颅面特征存在显著差异。因此,有必要建立福建省正常数据,为本地区人群错颌畸形患者的诊断与治疗提供帮助。
Objective To study the cephalometric images of adults of Han nationality in Fujian Province and to establish the X-cephalometric data of normal crowd in Fujian Province. Methods Winceph software was used to measure the cephalometric slices of 138 patients (60 males, 78 females, 19.71 ± 1.83 years old) with normal . Using Steiner and Tweed analysis, using SPSS10.0 software package for statistical analysis. Results The mean and standard deviation of Steiner and Tweed analysis were established. SND, U1-NAmm, Pg-NBmm, OP-SN, MP-SN, SL, SE and FMA had significant gender differences. Conclusion The same as Han adult population, normal jaws in different areas of the jaw jaw, craniofacial characteristics were significantly different. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the normal data of Fujian Province to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with rudimentary maxillary deformity in the area.
