为了打好国企改革攻坚战,今年以来,湖北省老河口市大胆改革,着力推行“五制”,强化国有企业经营者管理,为国企改革发展提供了坚强的组织保证。一是实行产权代表委派制。董事会成员作为产权代表实行委派制,总经理和财务总监由董事长提名,副总经理由总经理提名,市管企业的总经理、副总经理、财务总监人选报市委同意后,由董事会聘任。
