1.本文簡略地介紹眼压张力描記法的原理和应用方法。 2.测定男女性别相等,年龄11—70的150个正常眼,平均房水流出率(C)为0.371(0.15—0.67)立方毫米/分/毫米汞柱,房水生成率(F)2.028(0.78—5.38)立方毫米/分,眼压(Po)15.51(13—21)毫米汞柱,巩膜硬度系数0.0173(0.0018—0.0498)。 3.男性与女性的Po,C与F值无明显差异,仅女性的F值稍高于男性。 4.除了61—70岁的Po值稍高。C值稍低,F值稍高外,其他年龄的Po,C与F值无明显差別,年龄大的并无巩膜硬度增高的現象。 5.有56人进行了双眼的测定28人先测右眼,28人先測左眼,后测眼的Po平均值較先测眼低,先后測定对C值无影响,先测眼的F值較高。 6.有99眼进行了屈光检查,近视与远视者各近半数,远视者的房水流出率与生成率平均值較近视者高。高度近视者巩膜硬度与其他組无甚差別。 7.有6.6％正常眼的房水流出率在0.15——0.20立方毫米/分/毫米汞柱,在此范围內的C值应引起我們适当的注意。
