我厂工人工程师王世源同志设计的单手柄操作可调钻模,通用性好、适用于钻各种规格圆型零件上的等分孔,对于单件、小批生产,既可节省专用钻模,也减少了配钻工作量,收到了较好的技术、经济效果。现介绍如下(见图): 一、使用规范1.工件最大外径尺寸=200毫米+钻孔中心距,例如:钻孔中心距为200毫米,最大外径尺寸为200毫米+200毫米=400毫米。2.工件最大高度尺寸:80～120毫米(模架倒装时为120毫米)。
