目的:总结带蒂阴囊纵隔皮管一期正位修复尿道下裂的体会。方法:1996年1月～2000年3月采用带蒂阴囊纵隔皮管代尿道一期修复尿道下裂23例,其中阴茎型9例,阴茎阴囊型13例,阴囊型1例。结果:一次手术成功21例,成功率达91.3%。结论:本法能使尿道开口正位,且手术操作简便,易于掌握,并发症少,适用阴囊发育好的阴茎型、阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂,尤其是异位尿道开口接近阴囊根部的阴茎型尿道下裂。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of primary hypospadias repair of pedicled scrotum mediastinal transepidermis. METHODS: From January 1996 to March 2000, 23 cases of hypospadias were repaired with the first generation of pedicled scrotal mediastinal transepidermal catheter, including 9 cases of penis type, 13 cases of penis scrotum type and 1 cases of scrotal type. Results: In one operation, 21 cases were successful, the success rate was 91.3%. Conclusion: This method can make urethral open position, and the operation is simple, easy to grasp, less complications, suitable for the development of the scrotum penis, scrotum scrotum hypospadias, especially the urethral opening close to the penis scrotum root Hypospadias.
