前言以蠕墨铸铁代替高强度灰铸铁是其应用前景之一。笔者曾在生产条件下直接以蠕墨铸铁取代HT30-54制造过几个E型磨煤机的重要零件,已安装在产品上,但对厚壁零件能否在铸态获得足够数量的珠光体?用什么方法获得最有把握?在断面尺寸增厚时,其组织和性能的变化程度及倾向如何?没有进行过试验。为了摸清这些规律,在实验室条件下,对上述几个方面进行了试验研究。
Preface It is one of the application prospects to use compacted graphite cast iron instead of high-strength gray cast iron.
