目的对某丝网印刷车间进行职业病危害现状评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法以及作业工人职业性健康检查相结合的方法进行综合分析和评价。结果半自动丝网印刷机操作员接触的苯和甲苯时间加权平均(TWA)浓度最高达到9.5和256.0 mg/m3,不符合GBZ 2.1-2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值化学因素》[1]职业接触限值的要求,其他毒物浓度均符合卫生限值的要求。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,根据建议立即整改。
Objective To evaluate the status of occupational diseases in a screen printing workshop. Methods The methods of on-the-spot investigation, checklist, test and examination and occupational health examination of workers were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated. Results Semi-automatic screen printer operators were exposed to time-weighted average concentrations of benzene and toluene of up to 9.5 and 256.0 mg / m3, which did not comply with GBZ 2.1-2007 “Occupational Exposure Limit Chemical Hazards in Workplace Hazards” [1] Occupational exposure limits requirements, other toxic concentrations are in line with the requirements of health limits. Conclusion This project belongs to a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases and should be rectified immediately according to the suggestions.
