在硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐共同存在的情况下,分别测定的方法,可以概括为两大类。一类是不改变硝酸盐或亚硝酸盐的型式,直接进行测定。另外一类是先测定亚硝酸盐,然后将亚硝酸盐破坏再单独测定硝酸盐;或者将硝酸盐还原然后测定试样中两者的总量。对硝酸盐来说,这些方法都是间接测定的方法。在一般分析中,由于上述第一类方法受仪器和试剂的限制,所以多采用第二类方法。但是,第二类方法对操作和实验条件的要求比较严格,不容易做准确。本文的目的是,探讨应用离子交换树脂定量分离硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的可能性,为在两者共同存在的条件下测定硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐提供具体方案。这样应用一般比色计和一
In the coexistence of nitrate and nitrite, the methods that were separately determined can be summarized into two broad categories. One is without changing the type of nitrate or nitrite, direct determination. The other is to measure the nitrite, then destroy the nitrite and measure the nitrate alone, or to reduce the nitrate and determine the total amount of both in the sample. For nitrate, these methods are indirect methods of determination. In the general analysis, the second type of method is mostly used as the first type of method is limited by instruments and reagents.
