大学生是社会主义现代化事业接班人,也是建设国家的栋梁之才,大学生入党积极分子的培训工作是我们的重要任务,需要我们积极的去完成和热情的投入到此项工作中。目前,很多高校还存在着大学生入党积极分子培养制度不够完善、学生入党积极分子的入党动机不纯正、入党基本理论教育方式不科学、培训水平较低等等问题,应从制度建设、网络教育、主题活动、实践活动四方面加强建设。
