随着军队医院编制体制改革与调整,护理队伍的人员结构发生了很大变化,军人护士数量减少的同时,非现役文职与合同制护士逐渐增大。低年资护士是指通过招聘途径进入军队医院从事护理工作,工龄4个月~2年。低年资护士在适应新环境与管理体制的同时,也是将理论运用于实践的关键阶段,在有压力源的情况下个体易出现应激反应与消极情绪,不利于护士的职业成长。本研究从心理健康、应对方式的角度探讨军队医院低年资护士的状况,以期从心理角度发现
With the reform and adjustment of the organizational structure of the military hospitals, the personnel structure of the nursing staff has undergone great changes. While the number of military nurses has decreased, the number of non-active civilians and contract nurses has gradually increased. Low-age nurse refers to the recruitment through the military hospital to engage in nursing work, length of service 4 months to 2 years. Low-qualified nurses adapt to the new environment and management system at the same time, it is also a key stage of applying theory to practice. In stressors, individuals are prone to stress reaction and negative emotions, which is not conducive to the career growth of nurses. This study explores the status of low-aged nurses in military hospitals from the perspective of mental health and coping style, with a view to finding out from a psychological perspective
