1978年12月18日,中国共产党第十一届三中全会在北京胜利召开,会议重新恢复与确立了党的实事求是的思想路线,把党和国家的工作重心从以阶级斗争为纲转移到以经济建设为中心的轨道上来,实行以经济建设为中心、坚持四项基本原则、坚持改革开放的一个中心两个基本点的基本路线,改革开放的号角从此响彻神州大地。中国矿业和全国其他各条战线一样,都走上了改革开放的大道。
On December 18, 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held successfully in Beijing. The conference resumed and established the party’s ideological line of seeking truth from facts, shifting the focus of the work of the party and state from shifting from class struggle to Economic construction as the center, we should implement the basic principle of taking economic construction as the central task, adhering to the four cardinal principles and upholding the two basic points of a central task of reform and opening up. The horn of reform and opening up has since resounded through the vast land of China. Like all other fronts in China, China’s mining industry has embarked on the road of reform and opening up.
