应用GC-MS技术对国产胡芦巴油脂成分进行了分析研究,鉴定了5种脂肪酸甲酯和17种油脂类成分,其中15种成分为首次从胡芦巴中测得。分析结果为开发利用胡芦巴油脂资源提供了依据。
GC-MS technology was used to analyze and study the fat composition of fenugreek seeds. Five fatty acid methyl esters and 17 oils and fats components were identified. Fifteen of them were measured for the first time from fenugreek. The analysis results provide the basis for the development and utilization of the oil resources of fenugreek.
