发展我国货币市场的着力点应放在推进票据市场的发展上 ,以此解决企业交易中的支付困难和有效带动其他市场的发展。我国票据市场的现状远落后于市场经济发展的需要 ,应加快完善票据市场法制的步伐 ,为票据市场发展营造良好的法律环境。
The focus of the development of China’s money market should be placed on promoting the development of the negotiable instrument market so as to solve the payment difficulties in the business transactions and effectively promote the development of other markets. The status quo of the bill market in our country lags far behind the needs of the development of the market economy. We should speed up the pace of the bill market legal system and create a sound legal environment for the bill market.
