我国三系杂交水稻研究成功,并高速度推广到生产实践中去,这是一个大突破。全国农业学大寨座谈会议要求在1980年基本普及杂交水稻,从而给我们研究杂交水稻的同志提出了一个光荣的战斗任务。目前水稻三系研究工作的具体进展如何?针对我省情况,今后所要主攻的目标和采取的途径是什么?下面谈谈个人的一些认识。
