国家科委农业工程学学科组成立大会,于1979年11月14日～20日在杭州与中国农业工程学会成立大会及第一次学术讨论会同时召开。参加会议的有农业工程学学科组成员、国务院有关部委、各省、市、自治区有关部门和各地科研、生产、教学、新闻、出版单位的代表共220人。农业部付部长、农业工程学学利组组长朱荣同志主持会议,并讲了话。国家科委四局付局长王从人同志在大会上讲了话。会议期间,到会代表进行了广泛的学术交流,进一步讨论了农业工程学的定义和内容,研究了近期学科发展的重点,提出了修改《农业工程学1979——1985年发展规划》(草案)的意见和加强农业工程学科研工作的
National Science and Technology Commission of Agricultural Engineering Discipline formed a General Assembly, in November 14, 1979 to 20 in Hangzhou, China Agricultural Engineering Society and the establishment of the first symposium held at the same time. There were 220 representatives of agricultural engineering disciplines, relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, relevant departments of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions as well as representatives of scientific research, production, teaching, news and publishing units from all over the world. Minister Zhu Rong of the Ministry of Agriculture and head of the Learner of Agricultural Engineering Lebanon chaired the meeting and made a speech. Wang Congren, director of the State Science and Technology Commission, four innings, spoke at the conference. During the meeting, delegates to the conference carried out extensive academic exchanges, further discussed the definition and content of agricultural engineering, studied the focus of recent discipline development, and proposed the revision of “Draft of Agricultural Engineering 1979-1985 Development Plan” (Draft) Opinion and strengthening of agricultural engineering research work
