调心方由党参、菖蒲、远志等组成,在提高老年性痴呆患者智力和改善精神行为等方面有较好的临床疗效。本文观察调心方对单侧电解损毁大鼠前脑基底核造成“痴呆”大鼠模型的记忆功能,胆碱能系统,单胺类神经递质和某些神经肽的影响,以及对化学损毁记忆障碍模型和自然衰老小鼠模型学习记忆能力的作用。结果表明:(1)调心方能明显改善“痴呆”模型大鼠下降的记忆功能;明显提高模型鼠下降的皮层ChAT和海马AchE活性及M受体和皮层N受体Rt值,显著增加模型鼠降低的大脑皮层NE、DA和5HT含量以及垂体和血浆SS和β-EP。(2)该方能显著改善东莨菪硷所致小鼠记忆获得不良模型和NaNO_2及环已酰亚胺所致小鼠记忆不良模型的记忆功能。(3)该方还能明显改善老年小鼠(14有龄)的学习能力。
The Tiaoxin Fang consists of Dangshen, Changpu, Yuanzhi, etc. It has good clinical efficacy in improving intelligence and improving mental behavior of patients with Alzheimer’s disease. The results showed that: (1) Tiao Xin Fang can significantly improve the memory function of the dementia model rats; significantly increase the descending cortical ChAT and hippocampal AchE activity and M receptor and cortical N receptor Rt values of model rats, and significantly increase the model. Rats reduced NE, DA and 5HT levels in the cerebral cortex and pituitary and plasma SS and β-EP. (2) This method can significantly improve the memory impairment model of mice induced by dongji and the memory function of mice with poor memory caused by NaNO2 and cycloheximide. (3) This party can also significantly improve the learning ability of aged mice (14 ages).
