介绍了整体浇注工艺在本钢预处理铁水罐上的应用情况,针对铁水罐内衬的损毁原因选用浇注用料理论依据。整体浇注工艺在铁水罐使用具有整体性能好、强度高、抗渣铁侵蚀性好和施工方便等特点,已被其他钢铁企业广为使用。本钢近3年的应用结果证明,与采用砌筑衬砖相比较,整体浇注工艺具有使用安全的特点,几乎不发生耐材脱落现象,使用寿命也高于砖衬,平均在1000次以上,最高可超过1200次。
