本文结合教师职业的特点和教师专业发展的需要,从多学科的视野对教师职业意识和专业意识的内涵进行了细致的比较和分析,并对教师职业意识和专业意识的本质属性进行表征,阐释了两者在教师成长过程中自我意识发展的意义,提出“强化教师职业意识”和“培育教师专业意识”是促进教师行业专业化的有效策略。
Based on the characteristics of teachers’ profession and teachers’professional development, this paper makes a detailed comparison and analysis of the connotation of teachers’ professional and professional consciousness from the perspective of multidisciplinary, and also characterizes and explains the essential attributes of teachers’ professional and professional consciousness The significance of the development of self-awareness in the process of teacher’s growth is put forward that “strengthening teacher’s professional awareness” and “cultivating teacher’s professional awareness” are effective strategies to promote the professionalization of teacher’s profession.
