分析我国图书馆期刊“一条龙”管理存在的弊端 ,概述国内外期刊业务流程重组的现状 ,引入“企业再造工程”的理论 ,为期刊工作业务流程的创新提供新的理论依据。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the “one-stop” management of Chinese periodicals, summarizes the status quo of reorganization of periodicals in domestic and foreign journals, and introduces the theory of “Enterprise Reengineering Project” to provide a new theoretical basis for the innovation of business processes in periodicals.
