各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:根据国家及我省深化公众聚集场所消防安全专项治理电视电话会议精神,省政府于8月5日至16日组织了6个工作组,对全省13个地市和农垦、森工、铁路系统公众聚集场所消防安全专项治理工作进行了督查。经省政府领导同意,现将督查情况通报如下:一、专项治理工作基本情况和取得的成果(一)领导重视,周密部署,不断深化专项治理工作。各地、各有关部门认真贯彻落实《中共黑龙江省委办公厅、黑龙江省人民政府办公厅关于切实加强安全生产工作的紧急通告》(黑办发电[2002]30号)要求和全省深化公众聚集场所消防安全专项治理电视电话会议精神,积极行动,成立了以主要领导或主管领导为组长的领导机构,制定了符合本地实际的工作计划和方案,召开专项治理工作会议,落实管理责任,各地、各有关部门领导亲自带队深入实地进行
