一、前言近几年来,随着移动通信的发展,为使通信保密的话音加密设备的必要性逐步受到重视。要想用于移动通信,则要求(1)可以在在0.3~3KH带宽内传输;(2)能够采用按键通话方式;(3)惯用码要多;(4)再生话音质量好。目前,供商用或实用的保密设备几乎都是倒频方式。例频方式有延迟失真强的优点,但却有保密性差的缺点。本文提供的方案是通过将时间波形变形把频谱变成白色的传输方式,并具备各种优点。
I. Introduction In recent years, with the development of mobile communications, the necessity of voice encryption devices for keeping communications confidential has been gradually emphasized. To be used for mobile communications, the requirements (1) can be transmitted within the bandwidth of 0.3 ~ 3KH; (2) the ability to use push-to-talk mode; (3) more common code; (4) good reproduced voice quality. At present, almost all commercially available or practical security devices are scrambling. The example frequency method has the advantage of strong delay distortion, but it has the disadvantage of poor confidentiality. This article provides a solution that transforms the time waveform into a white transmission with a variety of advantages.
