鲁粮发[2016]4号各市粮食局:为认真贯彻落实新修订的《粮食流通管理条例》(国务院令第407号)和《山东省粮食收购管理办法》(省政府令第168号),进一步做好我省粮食收购资格许可和管理工作,根据山东省人民政府法制办公室《关于落实规范性文件统一登记统一编号统一公布制度有关问题的通知》(鲁府法发[2011]56号)要求,省粮食局对原《山东省粮食收购资格审核暂行办法》的相关内容进行了修订。现将修订后
