众所周知,对002衍射线轮廓的分析在碳的研究领域中起着重要的作用,日本学术振兴会第117委员会为此制订了半标准性的方法。然而,这种方法不能有效地用于所有的碳素材料,在衍射线峰顶较宽和多重峰的情况下进行分析时还是有问题的,另外,在试样数目非常多的场合下需要耗费大量的劳动力。因此,本研究所利用了具备脱机数据处理装置,用电子计算机对碳纤维的衍射线轮廓进行自动分析,这样做除了能克服上述的一些缺点外,还使分析作业大幅度地节省劳力,本文就程序方面的一些成果作一报告。
